Ingredients:
-1/4 cup hoisin sauce
-1/4 cup honey
-2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
-2 tablespoons lime juice
-8 ears corn, husked and cut in half crosswise
-2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
-2 green onions, sliced thinly

Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl together until well blended.

Mix the last three ingredients in a small bowl, this will be poured over the corn later.

We grilled our corn in foil packets for about 15 minutes to ensure that it would be cooked all the way through before we put the sauce on.
Grill the corn for ten minutes, basting with the sauce and turning until caramelized.
Stack the corn.
Top the corn with the green onion, sesame seed and red pepper flakes.
Serve warm.

This recipe was delicious. The sauce was sweet, but paired well with the smoky flavor the corn picked up from the grill, as well as the heat from the red pepper flakes. We made this for lunch paired with pasta salad and burgers -- everyone had multiple servings of the corn with their lunch. This recipe is a keeper.
